Veterinary care - delivered with compassion and respect
We strive to provide the best personalized medical care for you and your pet’s. Therefore, we try to obtain as much information as possible from your pet’s previous & current medical history. If you have any records we do not already have, please bring that in to your pet’s appointment or we will be happy to call any veterinary practice and have them send to us.
- After our friendly front desk staff checks you in, a veterinary assistant will bring you into an exam room and will start by asking about your pet’s current general health condition and the reason for your visit. This information will then be reviewed by our doctor (along with any previous medical history).
- Our veterinarian will then examine your pet, ask you further questions and discuss any concerns you may have. This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
- After all your pet’s needs are met, our veterinarian and/or veterinary assistant will wrap things up and provide you with helpful, doctor recommended pet care information.
- If any follow up visits are needed, please schedule them with our front desk staff at check out time.
New to us?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your pet's appointment, as we have a New Patient Form for you to fill out. However, if you have access to a printer, feel free to click on the link in bold, fill out the form, print it, and bring it on in!
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, but given that we also provide emergency services, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.
